/emo/ - Emo General

I haven't listened to emo since I was 15 and I tried listening to The Brave Little Abacus and I thought it was unbearable. If this is the best that emo could offer, then I don't see myself listening to this.

I'm a fan of the genre
Brave little abacus didn't grab me so much either.

I liked Brand New, especially Devil and God and I thought La Dispute was bearable.

Say Anything is a Real Boy has very poppy influence, its still one of my favourites, but its not pure emo

La Dispute are one of my all time favourites, but again wouldn't call them emo, still hella good
