ETIQUETTE - Include correct format (artist / band, title of release, year of release, cover art, the file type (v0, 320 mp3, FLAC, etc), short description, YouTube sample, link) - Send thanks if you have downloaded something to let them know they did a good thing - Avoid sharing / requesting things that are already on the archive - Soulseek /rutracker are your friends, too - just don't argue in this thread about it - no samples on Youtube, Soundcloud? Drag'n'drop any MP3 on clyp.it
REQUESTS >I have a request! Did I... - Check the archive for a live link before requesting? - Share something first? - google "blogspot + artist name + album name"
ARCHIVE >"I don't know how to find what I'm looking for in the archive" - Go here: archive.rebeccablacktech.com/mu/ - When searching, limit your search to links only, like so: "desired album mega|zippyshare|mediafire" - Make sure you've typed "zippyshare" and not "zippy", or else Zippyshare links will not be found.
2/2. Anythin' you want, ask me. Or gimme a joke, if it's good I'll shoot you an album of my choice.
Note that these are RARELY complete discographies. Quality varies, but as a rule of thumb I go for the best avaliable.
>Request: Kid Koala's Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Turntablism in general Chill/dark hip hop, Nujabes, Dilla, Madlib, the stuff Earl raps over, etc. Stuff like the Microphones, especially the first three songs off The Glow Pt.2.

Adrian Rodriguez
I'm not exactly sure how to feel about that. It made me feel like a bear before winter: well fed and satisfied, due to the fat pickings of summer and spring; yet disappointed, for he's going to spend the next months in a dark cave.
I'm sorry to ask for this but does anyone have Kraftwerk - Tour de France? I checked the archive and a few blogspots and I'm just coming up with dead links. Preferably non FLAC, I don't have a good converter.
Robert Morgan

Kayden Brooks
Yo do you have Girl Talk's Night Ripper?
Jace Roberts
No, but go to illegalart.net/girltalk/shop/index.html , click Girl Talk, click on mp3 with 0+ next to Night Ripper (or any other album of his you want), put 0 in and you should be able to download it.
Guy who asked for Mick Jenkins a few threads back, if you're reading this, check out this album.

Listener - Wooden Heart
>spoken word with decent alt rock in the background, elder god tier lyrics
>If we hold on tight we'll hold each other >together >And not just be some fools rushin' to die in >our sleep >While these machines will rust, I promise, >but we'll still be electric >Shockin' each other back to life >Your hand in mine >My fingers and your veins connected >Our bones grown together in time >Our hands entwine and my fingers and your >veins connect >And our spines grown stronger inside '>Cause I know that our church is all made >out of shipwrecks >From every hull these rocks have claimed >But we pick ourselves up, try and grow >better with this change >So come on and let's wash each other with >tears of joy and tears of grief >And fold our lives like crashing waves and >run upon this beach >Come on and sew us together, we're just >some tattered rags stained forever >We only have what we remember

how is anal sex like your first car?
It may not be exactly what you wanted but that doesn't stop your Dad from giving it to you anyway.
Kayden Nguyen
Don't have it, sorry.
Hmmm, try the Mick Jenkins mixtape I posted like 2 threads ago maybe? Similiar vibes, if not sound.

A man comes home to find his wife of 10 years packing her bags. "Where are you going?" demands the surprised husband. "To Las Vegas! I found out that there are men that will pay me $500 cash to do what I do for you for free!" The man pondered that thought for a moment, and then began packing his bags. "What do you think you are doing?" she screamed. "I'm going to Las Vegas with you... I want to see how you're going to live on $1,000 a year!"
Carson Rodriguez
kek. This was good, I'll admit.
So was this.
You both get to choose the genre from which I'll pick the album. Unless you want a complete surprise, that is.
Ryder Ramirez
im the anal sex guy. instead of choosing a genre, tell me something i can bump at a party when it's dying down!
Brayden Collins

J. K. & Co. - Suddenly One Summer (1967, v0) >psych rock >"Recorded in 1968, leader Jay Kaye was only 15 at the time, and for someone so inexperienced in the studio, the lyrics, vocals and musicianship are remarkably advanced. Traveling from his home of Las Vegas to Vancouver, Kaye worked with some of the areas top session players (including members of the popular local outfit, Mother Truckers Yellow Duck). Inspired by the Beatles recent psychedelic landmarks, and LSD itself, the album is lush with orchestral flair with a spiritual slant. Robert Buckley, himself a teenager, assisted Kaye with many of the albums arrangements and psychedelic effects. It was Buckley who created the decaying, backward effects that punctuate the masterful “Fly” – a track which sounds well of its time, familiar in feel to prime-era Radiohead." -- Aquarium Drunkard
Also seconding the request for butcher brown or other fun soul or funk.

The Peace - Black Power >Zam-rock, fuzz, psych > Peace was one of of Zamrock’s best bands, kick-started by groups The Boyfriends and WITCH from Chamboli Mine Township, Kitwe, Zambia. Black Power was their sole release, recorded at Malachite Film Studio circa 1973-74 and issued circa 1975, sounds like nothing else in the Zamrock canon: a lost message drifting from the flower power era, imbued with a fiery Zambian voice.
You got Isaiah's Clivia Demo? I want to check his stuff out before his album drops.
Oh, also, whatcha got in Red House Painters?
Hunter Peterson
Archive is down.

Hi there guys I'm looking for an italian ambient/noise/ musique concrete from the 70 / 80's the cover was a factory in greyscale. All i'm just looking for the artist name. I have soulseek . It's not atrax morgue, maurizio bianchi, luigi russolo, zu or vivenza. It was shared in a sharethread in Sup Forums like a year ago. Thanks in advance. He uses an italian name.
Jordan Fisher
I'm really rooting for you. If you find it you should totally upload it in a sharethread.
David Bowie - Nassau Coliseum (1976) (320) >Art Rock, Soul The most famous and best quality bootleg of the ISOLAR I tour. From the Station to Station 3-Disc box set.
Al Di Meola, John McLaughlin and Paco De Lucia - Friday Night In San Francisco
>320, Jazz, flamenco, flamenco jazz, live
This is either the most or least inspiriting guitar based album you'll listen to: you either see these masters at work and feel the need to emulate them, or are utterly floored by their ability and give up playing completely.
anyone have the new Asa Akira and London Keyes vid?
Luke Young
have you tried making a dedicated thread for this? you'll probably find it faster that way
Juan Ross

Various Artists - Smiling Pets: Tribute to the Beach Boys (1998) [320] >A tribute album mainly consisting of tracks from Pet Sounds and the then-unreleased album SMiLE. Includes renditions of classic Beach Boys tracks by Adventures In Stereo, Olivia Tremor Control, Thurston Moore, and FORMS. What stands out most on this release might be Melt-Banana's insane cover of Surfin' USA. Definitely worth grabbing if you like any of those bands/artists and/or the Beach Boys, standing as proof that tribute albums can be fucking awesome.
