is it jangle or twee? theres girl vox but it doesn't feel very "Twee"

In general:
Jangle is a style of guitar.
Twee is lyrics/image (cute/simple, sometimes sarcastic). Especially the Sarah Records Twee Pop bands used a jangle guitar sound. Not all Twee bands use that though. Female vocals are also not a must (e.g. The Field Mice etc.)
I can't see how your link would be Twee Pop.

yeah we're in agreement. i like jangle guitars but dont really buy into the whole twee thing
