only in it for the money is best mothers: y/n
I guess that you like dark chocolate, black coffee and vanilla ice cream
no black coffee for me :(
Last nine, but whatever.
How are you all doing? I've having a pretty good day.
>mothers
>scott-heron
Nice.
>tfw i don't know a single of these albums
Tell me which one is your favourite, and I'll listen to it.
I think Uncle Meat and maybe Freak Out! are better than Only In It For The Money, but it's pretty close.
u aren't very emotional

that undertakers circus seems cool
you wish you were german
King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard - Nonagon Infinity
Sleep - Dopesmoker
Beach Fossils - Clash the Truth
DIIV - Oshin
Darkthrone - Panzefaust
YOU SMOKE MAD GREEN #DANK
>Tell me which one is your favourite, and I'll listen to it.
I love Cantigas do Maio, favorite Portuguese album... it's pretty short too so if you want to give it a try it won't take you too much time
I am very emotional desu
too emotional actually
classic beau cul
when will you be back
lol sorry I just haven't heard any of those albums on ur list
panzerfaust is underrated
leaving tomorrow so
Grapes, Horse, Bread, Unrest, Love, all those are neat
cool dude
did you like the shellac album?
>that undertakers circus seems cool
It's pretty fun, but it's probably not what you expect from the album cover.

Who the fuck wants to be a German?
>I love Cantigas do Maio
>Portuguese
Cool. I'll give it a listen.
not as much as their other ones but yeah
they're pretty consistent for the most part
been a while since I've heard a love supreme, I should give it another listen
Not quite finished yet, but so far I have to say that this is pretty good.
Sure, I feel like I'm missing out by not understanding the lyrics, but it's nevertheless a solid folk record.
Loved the vocal and guitar stuff on "Cantar Alentejano", and the marsh plus choir on "Grândola, Vila Morena" is really cool.
But every track here is good.
>Gazpacho
My nigger.
Shame about most of the other albums though.
I love We're Only In It, but I find it to be rather disappointing compositionally compared to the Mothers' other 60s output. I wish an album existed that combines the sonic hijinks of Uncle Meat with the fun satire of WOIIFTM.
...
Favorite albums, recs please
I find myself listening to the same albums practically in a loop, and I need a change of pace.
These are the last ten I listened to to the best of my memory. Currently listening to Ace.
You're in your late-early twenties and are intelligent.
That Harvey Milk album is fantastic by the way.
You call people out as being faggots a lot.
Some people find you intimidating.
People always get pissed at me even when I'm not trying to be offensive at all when I guess them, but I guess I can't play otherwise so sorry in advance.

>how's that larry young album?
I can't like jazz with organs but the guitar in that one is pretty nice I guess
Going to throw a ton of recs, but you've probably heard most of them:
The Soft Boys - Underwater Moonlight
Momus - Circus Maximus
Momus - Tender Pervert
Momus - The Poison Boyfriend
Dave van Ronk - Folksinger
Joplin Rice - Spine Adagio Part II & The Prince
Scout Niblett - This Fool Can Die Now
More wild guesses at something you might like:
World's End Girlfriend - SEVEN IDIOTS
Robert Wyatt - Rock Bottom
Shoji Aketagawa, Kan Mikami, Toshiaki Ishizuka - Daikanjyo
Les Rallizes Dénudés - Heavier Than A Death In The Family
I don't know how much of this will hit, but you might as well try, right?
Veslefrikk is pretty varied, and there's unfortunately not a lot of it on Youtube.
Started out as folk rock:

Then the band split up, and vent two very different ways. The vocalist and some key members quit and made the band Can Can:

It's nothing stellar, but I've been digging through Norwegian music lately.
The similarly named Veslefrekk is more interesting, since they joined up with Deathprod to make Supersilent:

oh yea supersilent is cool, not sure i'm too huge on veslefrikk though
also i just realized im not too familiar with norwegian music outside the jazz and free improv scene
Kind of late, but holy shit that Vyto B album is incredible
Not a super big Veslefrikk fan either. But it's always worth checking out.
I could drop you a few links to some Norwegian bands, spread over various genres:

I'm crazy about some of them, others not so much at all.
prefers coffee to tea
finds comfort in sobriety
doesn't have much appetite
It's a great album man. More genuine than anything he wrote with the Beatles.

last 10. been on a bit of black metal kick the last couple of days, maybe since the weather has been pretty grim for summer.
some nice stuff. if you haven't heard Zeichnungen des Patientens O.T. yet then get on it. my favorite EN album
dats a lot of Sup Forumscore right there
so you like both bizarre rock music and post-punk. here are some recs that bridge the two:
Chrome - Red Exposure
Palm - Trading Basics
This Heat - Made Available
The Fall - Slates
Swell Maps - in Jane From Occupied Europe
and some other shit i think you'd like:
Sun City Girls - Torch of the Mystics
Associates - Fourth Drawer Down
Circle of Ouroborus - Eleven Fingers
Aпopєa - Ha pєкaхъ Baвл҃нcкыхъ
>dats a lot of Sup Forumscore right there
Eh, certainly not everything on mine is Sup Forumscore even if it's pretty popular here. Either way it's some "Sup Forumscore" I hadn't heard before. Mixed reviews, honestly. Some of it's great, some not so much.
Thanks for the rec man.
Listening to O.T. right now and I'm really liking it so far.
