Nice taste.

If ya had to kill yourself how wouldya do it

I personally would go for something like drowning or tall ledge
No survival
Take me straight to hell
Full unironic I want to kill myself

Nice hip-hop picks. Haven't seen Stress: The Extinction Agenda posted here in a while.
Cannibal Ox - The Cold Vein if you haven't got to it yet.

ay same i think about killing myself on a daily basis. but dont be a goose ride that shit out. itll be fine

Trying to get away from Sup Forumscore, long time hip hop fan trying to branch out. Gimme non hip hop recs pls

forgot pic

if you dig hot rats you should check out some other jazz fusion albums

>miles davis - in a silent way
>herbie hancock - head hunters
>mahavishnu orchestra - the inner mounting flame
>sun ra - lanquidity
>chick corea

or some other jazzy zappa albums
>waka jawaka
>weasel;s ripped my flesh
>grand wazoo
>uncle meat
>burnt weeny sandwich

finding my inner peace

never seen ABC on here before

wild don t diet, and neither should you.

Techno Animal - The Brotherhood of the Bomb

You want to be a psychologist

You're afraid of commitment
(give "unknown mortal orchestra - II" a try)

You keep to yourslef quite a lot and people think you're kinda mysterious but usually dont think of you too much because of your introversion

pretty young and new to Sup Forums. You have big dreams for yourself but dont really do anything much to get them

You're a nice person but you have trouble saying what's on your mind

...

PLEASE tell me you've heard Drive Like Jehu
The Trees Community - The Christ Tree

Rec me some ghey shit
Drone scruffy
Thanksgiving — The River

>Rec me some ghey shit
i think your chart has enough of that

recs :
Akphaezya - Anthology II
Van der graaf generator - Godbluff

Ever heard Gridlink or Discordance Axis ?

Really chill. Probably is mid-way into college and is enjoying being invited to parties more often.
Reccing Waxahatchee- Cerulean Salt

Can someone please recommend me some music. Potentially looking for something that sounds really authentic and from the heart. ta

Are you me? If so, you are a 16-25 year old man with anger problems.
JJ DOOM - Hello Gov'nor and Pixies - Doolittle

I found two albums that weren't on the site, what's my prize?

...

arab on radar - soak the saddle

Damn, i really might be you.
Check out El-P's work if you haven't.
nice taste, you've probably listened to everything I'd rec

>nice taste, you've probably listened to everything I'd rec
depends on the genre honestly
im not invested into all genres, but i am into some
what's your chart? maybe i can give you some

Dank taste, user

you've done acid a fair amount
lo-fi and fuzzy photography speaks to you on a personal level
you have a big fuckin beard
also great choice on tomboyish, best fucking goreshit album
you used to go to raves but not anymore
also whats the album 2nd from the left on the bottom
you're a pretty normal guy, probably with a 6-8/10 gf
the sound of an offbeat rhythm turns you on

I don't know what to recommend to people anymore.

youtube.com/watch?v=-F7w9Fao5kw

I'm OP

I will
You're actually suprisingly right. I love unconventional beats.

i mean madvillainy alone could've let me guess that

actually never done any sort of drug
lo-fi and fuzzy photography are appealing though

mildly surprising
everyone i know into clouddead does a lot of drugs
i still think they're fucking amazing dead sober, seeing yoni live here in a few months

agreed, would be cool to see them back together live some time

honestly no idea what to give you, you should explore more of the Sup Forumsessentials
you ask for non-hip hop recs but you literally have 2 in your chart, LCW and Loveless
for modest mouse, try other 90s indie like built to spill, pavement, dismemberment plan

for loveless, might try getting into less harsher stuff like galaxie 500, so dream pop
also noisier stuff like a place to bury strangers, jesus and mary chain, borderline noise rock

i dont recommend you do these though, looking through Sup Forumsessentials is a much better idea
instead of getting fixated on 2 non-hiphop albums you actually like, try exploring other rock genres instead
check out punk maybe, or jangle pop, or 60s psych, just some examples
this shit ended up lengthy but this goes to any poster here who has 10 Sup Forumscore albums in their top 10 chart, because getting recommendations here only narrows your taste instead of widening it

right? seeing them or why? would honestly be like lifetime achievements for me

embarrassing my man

wasn't a fan of the Why? album i've heard, probably need to give them another try. i'd still see them live if i got the chance

Yea. But your other predicitons were pretty accurate as well.

definitely a closet homosexual

...

was it alopecia?
because this track hits me like a fucking ton of bricks
youtube.com/watch?v=Mr-N4AH_TIw
that weird, guitar only drop is fucking amazing
i try my best

you smoke a lot of weed, used to wear streetwear but not anymore

I've listened to all those recs besides built to spill. Hip-hop albums just tend to stick with me more. I'll definitely go through some of those genre flowcharts to find more shit. Appreciate you putting in effort to help, thanks

nah it was Elephant Eyelash, thought maybe it'd be closer to Hymie's Basement than i was expecting Alopecia to be

Charles Mingus - Let My Children Hear Music
Miles Davis - Sketches of Spain
NoMeansNo - Wrong

Meshuggah - Chaosphere
Gojira

The Chameleons - Script of the Bridge
The Prids - Until the World is Beautiful

yeah i enjoy their other records but alopecia feels a lot more powerful and cohesive than the other ones, i'd definitely recommend you give it a fucll listen

Never been to a rave.
Goreshit/complex.0 split

grazi, knew i had it downloaded at some point. used to lsiten to GS nigh-exclusively

if you've heard a place to bury strangers that means you've explored a lot of shoegaze, pretty good

>Hip-hop albums just tend to stick with me more
that in itself is not bad, but expecting people to give you valid rock recommendations when you only have 2 already widespread albums in there doesn't make sense
a solution could be to make a bigger chart, like at least 20 albums

>Appreciate you putting in effort to help, thanks
anytime fa m

...

Just got back from a 2 day ban. fuck my shit up familios

Haven't listened to a single one of em.

yes you have

quads

There are loads of great albums on his chart, listen to them

thanks
try Yellow Swans - Going Places

Honest
I be this person, any specific recommendations?

ahhh

junkie's promise is slaying me

Hmm, don't take this the wrong way but you seem kind of inexperienced. You might enjoy these, they're kind of entry level electronica that might help you explore the genre more.

The other chart has loads of good albums on it but not many of them are entry level, you might not enjoy them to the level they deserve.

Thanks, it's on the list.

Forgot pic

you fell for weak bait my man

...

I don't listen to a wide breadth of artists, for sure, and don't expand my comfort zone that often, nor do I even browse Sup Forums often, I'll give those albums a listen through though. Also Non Munter is a pretty good trip-hop album you should try

youtube.com/watch?v=EUwWc9Tdsw4

pretty shit chart to be honest lol

Too pleb to give recs :(

You're white. You're under 20.

Try milo - too much of life is mood
For rock try Pixies, the last two Talk Talk albums, and Morphine - Good.

I posted one of these a couple of months ago and have listened to the recs I got, almost all of which were great, and some of which are included in this revision.

R.E.M is one of the more recent additions. I found that album in a secondhand store with no disc, got disappointed, downloaded it that day, and loved it.

...

Painfully generic desu
Honorable mentions: Madvillainy, MTPITD2, Feedbacker, Giles Corey

Couldn't decide so I went to my top albums and realized literally every Elliott Smith album and half of Radiohead's albums were in my top 25

Requesting recs so I can get a little more fucking variety besides just listening to In Rainbows and Amnesiac all the time

I'm sure you've already listened to Apollo Brown - Clouds and RJD2 - Deadringer but just in case you haven't they're really good

If you like Deja Entendu then Leaked Demos 2006/Fight Off Your Demons is amazing

Planning for Burial - Quietly

you discovered Sup Forums yesterday

This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back. You take the blue pill -- the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill -- you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes.

???

Loved '77 Live and Exuma. The first four songs of NSB are great but I don't have two fuckin hours to listen to that album so I'll probably just listen to one disc at a time.

Thanks for reminding me to listen to BSATSL, though. On a serious note, should I listen to Mingus Ah Um first for context?

...

Under 20, white, reclusive.
Kind of effeminate.
Bit of a normie, but only slightly. Perhaps, that's a good thing.

It's alright to have lots of albums by a single artist as your favourites, see for my chart, where the top levels are dominated by Autechre and Aphex Twin. Just try to keep a good balance, there's no need to limit it to just one album by an artist if those are your actual favourites.
