Is this gonna be a concept album about his dead son?
Jason White
not exactly a concept album because most of the songs were written before, but it's confirmed that it's going to be a dark, gloomy album.
Charles Murphy
Sounds interesting. This might be his best work in a while.
I'm not a big fan of his post-2001 releases.
Hudson Smith
not even Abattoir Blues / The Lyre of Orpheus??
Joshua Brooks
I'm not saying they're are bad records, it's just that they never had as much of an impact on me as albums like Tender Prey, Let Love In or Murder Ballads.
Brayden Martin
Abbatoir/Lyre is fucking GOAT.
Parker Garcia
That's fair, feelings on Push the Sky Away?
Andrew Ramirez
It was playing a little too safe. I wish it was somewhat more assertive, you know? Enjoyed most of the tracks thought.
I admit that I've only listened to it 3 times since it's release, so my opinion isn't that valid.
Carson Collins
Why isn't Nick Cave more popular here? He has like 10 great albums.
