I would not buy any of those. A noise gate is not really useful in a live setting as a guitar pedal. Just get a good volume pedal.

You don't. Unevenness is part of finger style. The different fingers give finger style a certain "clack". If you want even, steady notes play with a pick.

I never use to listen to anything before I started playing guitar. This riff was on a mobile game I played 6 years ago and it was the seed that started me playing a couple of months ago. I've plugged it into shazzam and soundhound and found nothing. I recorded it from an old as fuck phone that barely works anymore.

i'd strongly recommend going to a store and sitting down for a while with both a jazzmaster and a jaguar if you're considering getting one. they both feel/sound pretty weird and honestly most people who get them would probably just be better off with a strat.

Depends on what you're playing. I can't speak for bass guitar(though I suspect tonal evenness is desired), but classical and fingerstyle guitar it's desireable to have the i, m, and a fingers producing an even sound in both volume and tone. We have exercises for that purpose. Take a Guiliani right hand study and accent one particular note more than the others(since our fingers are bound to one string). This gives us more independence which in turn leads to evenness and when necessary, better accents. The thumb(p) is the only digit where it's not necessarily desirable to match the tone of the other fingers. The thumb strikes the strings differently and produces a strong, powerful sound. Especially nice when a thundering bassline is needed or an entire chord needs accenting.
How long does the drying process take, because I'm hearing conflicting things saying that it takes from about 4 days to a year

If you're impatient it'll turn out shitty and the spray will lump and run uneven everywhere. It usually takes 3 days to paint if you wanna be fast Back, Front, Sides. What exact guitar are you respraying?
