That's a pretty nano man you got there, famo lam

wat we listening to?

Vektor yesterday

It was great shoe until power went down during last song lmfao

so anybody diggin the new Inquisition or what

what the fuck happened? these guys used to have the best album art

it's cool, gets better each time for me at least

it's pretty much just more of the same they've done before but the production this time is much better IMO, juicier bass side of the spectrum

>implying low def 3D isn't the best shit ever

fuck off michael bay

yep

Seemed cool at first listen. I don't like what they did with the vocals.

>I don't like what they did with the vocals.
you mean coz they're less like popeye now?

What it is that makes early finnish death metal so magical?

The effects they did on them seem unnecessary.

Look how much better this cover art got with a little Black and White color inversion

Nah it was better the way they did it.

Now if they could actually write any non-braindead riffs, it would be really cool.

...

what is exactly terminal redux genre wise
blackened thrash ?
>this fucking verse in Pillars of Sand

Besides, i have this weird thing that i often dislike bands until i see them live
is this normal ?

Listened to this for the first time since like 2009, goddamn its gud

it's not black in the slightest wtf

It has some influences, like tremolo picked guitar passages backed by blast beats.

Happened to me a few times. Hated Terminal Redux until I saw Vektor play live. It has somehow stuck with me after that. Otherwise, I usually love the records and then get dissappointed by the live performance.

how come

idk im not an expert and i dont even like black metal thats why im asking

so ?
youtube.com/watch?v=uhBHL3v4d3I

Too little too late

trash

...

gojira is unironically one of best bands currently in metal

attn non-human Sup Forumstants

@67264172 is a bait from d2g

reminder also, as you are retarded dipshits and the worst board on Sup Forums

the proper way to reply to posts and not give out youvotes can be seen in this post

give the (You) and no one gets hurt

re:67264238

>giving out ez youvotes when you were literally just told how to reply without giving the (you)

DUDE

>caring about (You)s

I just like the little red bit on my tabs

>these guys used to have the best album art

lol

post ur mediaplayers layouts and shit lads

...

kek

how can you have that little music wtf

...

Damn good lineup

is that a joke?

It's real

>NAILS and Gorilla Biscuits on the same day as GBK and Absurd feat. Myrkur.

my last.fm scrobbler doesn't work, so I just make my collages on topsters 2

also, this is a good question It's like you've just found out what music is

one of Sup Forums general's least cancerous moments
I still can't wrap my head around it

holy shit that's hilarious
fucking Grand Belial's Key and Absurd on the same show as Deafheaven and Myrkur

...

>do not look down
>DO NOT LOOK DOWN
my favorite phrase / moment of the album desu

>half a dozen NSBM guys and G.L.O.S.S. on the same show
one of them is going to fucking stab the other

im kind of person that explores one band for 3 years and then finds new one

im really slow to adapt to new bands and ususally i pick them up only after seeing them live

i started listening to metal at like 13 yo and now im 23 and this is basically all i listen to.

But last 2 years i picked up basically half of those bands

idk

You're weird.

arent we all? as a species in general

>so I just make my collages on topsters 2
but user, what's to stop you from slipping in some svper vndergrovnd black metal to score kvlt points while dodging the chore of actually listening to it?

Nah, it's still pretty shit

and here I thought I'd never find something that tickles that The Work Which Transforms God itch

>that's literally unsettling to listen to.
woods of infinity - förlåt
pedo lyrics is 2far4me

What's the most """brutal"" album you've listened to?What I mean is an album that's actually unsettling to listen to.My pick would be this and 777 Sects.

>This festival also brought to you by...
>Anime Network
>Tumblr
>ISIS

Sorry deleted the post because I forgot the pic.I will check it out.

>finding Scar Sighted unsettling
nigga u wot

Dunno,I barely listen to any Black Metal and I prefer atmospheric and mostly modern black metal.Something about the dissonance and his growls is just really creepy.

I think that album is really "grandiose" sounding tho.
My vote would be for Silencer - Death Pierce Me, because when i listened it for the first time i was 15 and just read about the backstory behind it on an blog, spooky shit m8.

>Dunno,I barely listen to any Black Metal and I prefer atmospheric and mostly modern black metal.

Such a great record.

in my mind "brutal" goes directly against "unsettling" as a concept, can't even really imagine the two having anything to do with each other

Only my pure and honest heart, I guess.
No, but seriously, my form of autism cripples my ability to lie about even the most trivial things -- even to anonymous strangers on a Faroese shipwrights' forum. Even in card games and shit where some degree of bluffing is needed, I just can't do it.

If you're still suspicious, you can always look out for that one guy who posts Topsters listening collages and then grill him on the albums you think he didn't really listen to. I haven't posted in a while, though, because the other collage-fags had shit taste.

Yeah, seems I have more favourites from 2000 and onwards than 90s now
and people thought black metal had nowhere to go

I don't think "brutal" is really the right word for "unsettling to listen to"
in fact brutal albums aren't unsettling to listen to all, brutal is more of an "awww fuck yeah I'm gonna break shit" feeling

but assuming you want the second part of your description I'd go with this
or maybe the Planet AIDS ep

i love obzen

anything else i could like from that 4x4 that you would recommend similar to it ?

you're talking about the pig feet or the vocalist attacking a girl with an axe right?Yeah the vocals definitely sound pretty creepy, but the instrumentation doesn't really do it for me.

Yeah I guess I didn't use the right word. What I'm talking about is the "Whoah, this is really intense/creepy/scary" feeling you get when you listen to an album. It can be more than just scary too, like a really disgusting feeling you get when you listen to some brutal death metal. That album with the bathtub and the human remains as a cover does it for me,can't remember it's name

>vocalist attacking a girl with an axe right
except that's a myth, and the pig feet is just a picture lel

you mean the pissgrave lp?

yeah, this
still more tech thrash than anything else

>bathtub and human remains

Pissgrave - Suicide Euphoria

Also for creepy unsettling you could try this

Agreed. Most of the stuff I listen to is typically from like '03 and on. Some solid 90s stuff though definitely.

I'd say the most similar artist to Meshuggah on there is Tyrant of Death. It's a solo progressive industrial project by Alex Rise.

tyrantofdeath1.bandcamp.com/

yeah I know it's a myth,it's just something that makes the album more creepy.
yeah that's the one.

>shitty restructured remaster
what the fuck are you doing

>"Whoah,this is really intense/creepy/scary"
I can't really remember any metal doing that, or I've just forgotten about it

some ritual ambient like Endvra and Aeoga comes to mind from outside of metal though that can occasionally achieve that for me

>Iconoclasm
I'd completely forgotten about that album; it's fun as fuck. Here's the bandcamp link for any bros who're interested:

Can anyone recommend me melodeath with clean vocals? Something like this:

youtube.com/watch?v=QOT3wac0nRU

it's catchy af

Is that sponsorship from isis a joke or is some other organization using that symbol?

lel didnt even notice

where does one get this album maker again?

The whole thing is a joke. They are pretty much all bands that Metalsucks has complained about in the past. Most recently they had a bit of a spat with Destroyer 666 for instance. And in case you really couldn't figure it out, then you got all the obviously fake sponsors. Also you know, the Metalsucks logo is really badly copy and pasted.

Post albums with good snare drums.

...

neverendingchartrendering.org/

POW POW POW POW POW

It's so LOUD and powerful.

Thank you kind sir

lol what a cop-out
hit that Full View button in the top right and post again

great album, though

holy shit, I never noticed how good the drumming on this album is

it's more varied than 99% of BM drumming, why don't the copycat bands actually copy THAT?

HE

'LL COME FOR YOU

Yeah it's pretty gud. Too bad he's started triggering the fuck out of his drums again.
>it's more varied than 99% of BM drumming, why don't the copycat bands actually copy THAT?
I dunno. Maybe Transilvanian Hunger and Burzum were too influential.

>Guitar solo still there

Close but no cigar.

What's some good Southern SludegSwamp-core?
