And none of that Libertarian shit like Zappa. I'm talking about full right-winged musicians.
Pretty much everyone I could find is some new pop-country artist. The only (debatably) good ones I could find after about an hour of searching were
>Johnny Ramone >Frank Sinatra >Alice Cooper
I expected some great country artists like Cash or Townes Van Zandt to be more right-winged, but they often were non-partisan and weren't involved in politics much.
I don't care to get too personal about mu political beliefs, I just want to know if there are any good republican musicians. Please don't let this turn into a thread about politics :(
Nearly every single thread here devolves into bitching about how black people and queer people are able to attain success in the liberal internet's current social climate, idk why this one would be any different.
Nolan Peterson
>Sinatra
I mean he did switch party affiliations due to Reagan but he didn't seem extremely right-wing.
Only thing I could find about either was that Waits was pro-choice (most likely placing him in a leftist camp) and Lou Reed never affiliated, but was "offended" by Republicans.
then don't let it!

The post before this is a whole article detailing Lou Reed's left wing activities. That poster was either joking or projecting his political views onto Lou Reed as many people on this board do (with death grips, Mark Kozelek, Michael gira, etc)
Kayden Cox
okay
Joshua Perry
Ted Nugent wrote some mean fucking riffs back in the day and was pretty influential on a lot of people in the late 70s to late 80s
Gavin Butler
These threads are always the same, everyone acts like just because an artist criticizes how shitty liberal politicals are that automatically makes them a republican.
Aaron Taylor
90% of the time these musicians are further left than the Democratic Party it's amazing how this board will just project their views onto pretty much any straight male musician who isn't outspokenly social justice-y.

Tumblr is literally Cointelpro m8
Elites got scared after Occupy Wall St so they started pushing IdPol hard as fuck and conflating mainstream Liberal centrism with "leftism" using their Right-Wing lackeys to jack it up even more and make stupid Right Wing positions seems rebellious again
Ryan Richardson
>none of that libertarian shit
Then fuck off.

But objectively, that is the only right wing music to go for.
MUSE, in a sense, is Libertarian in that it hates big governments and big corporations.
Nathaniel Hill
>Big government
Please stop with this meme there is no "big" or "small" government. There are totalitarian governments, authoritarian governments, liberal governments, conservative governments etc but any government at all is by definition "big" because otherwise there's no point in having it in the first place.
The Libertarian idea of "well we can have government to deal with emergencies" or whatever variation of their "small government" ideology they're pushing now (it changes with each candidate of theirs' that loses) literally makes no sense and is self-defeating
On top of that somebody isn't innately a Right-Wing Libertarian (which is a huge oxymoron when you look at the history of the word itself) because they hate "big government and big corporations". Most Rightist Libertarians indeed have no problem with Big Corporations.
