7.5/10 is a very good album I will return to from times to times during my life, in my book.
It's true that there are no bad songs overall on Public Strain, and their sound is quite unique, but it's not groundbreaking enough to be more than a 8/10.
10/10 albums don't exist.
Even Loveless, my favorite album, is a 9 or a 9.5/10 as far as I'm concerned
