>The Cranberries

>Fleetwood Mac - Tusk

Broke my goddamn heart

Beachhouse-Sparks
Also there best song

Owner of a Lonely Heart is the one that annoys me the most because when I tell people I'm into Yes they think I'm into cheesy 80s pop rock instead of cheesy 70s prog rock.

Radiohead - Creep
kinda obvious

zombie is ass

Blur - Song 2

Cassius - Toop Toop

>Twenty One Pilots - Stressed Out
god dammit

Hey Ya!

We're talking about good bands here

THIS

Then about this asshole here

daMN

>Jimmy Eat World
Thank god, the middle sucks

I was expecting this answer but honestly, it's not very different from a lot of their Pablo honey- bends era stuff. Even something like All I Need for example is really just a grown up mature take on Creep

Dreams

Van Morrison

>is their only good song
Ftfy

Feel Good Inc

If im wrong, educate me Sup Forums

Didn't he have other hits besides "Brown Eyed Girl" though?

>most of the bands songs vary quiet a bit but the listener singles out the single

xiu xiu

>Brown Eyed Girl
sounds like a typical Morrison song to me

Smells like teen spirit - Nirvana

wait what single

Slow it down sum i gotta press it on you cause ur waters from a bottle mines from a canteen

I love that song, and I'm kinda indifferent to the rest of their output

This
It also annoys me that those people who have only heard this don't know that it's a parody of other mindless shit rock of the time

They're all hip hop essentials

is beautiful

I agree. Zombies is ass.

>the band were pressured into making a radio hit by the record company and spent the rest of the album doing what they really wanted to do

The Residents - Satisfaction

The most obvious and correct answer, objectively, is tubthumping.

> Pixies

either boy soprano or i luv the valley

>Joy Division
>The Cure

MMMMMMMM

Stressed Out really isn't that different from the rest of their shit desu

It's all just shitty pop reggae with tyler's shitty rapping thrown in

moondance is better

Primal Scream

>song has a sample in it
>find the original sample
>sick, now I have a new discography to go through!
>the rest of their material sounds literally NOTHING like the samples song

Ocean Man
Probably not a single but the rest of the album threw me off

The Middle is like a perfect power pop song though
It needed to exist whether you like it or not
Would've been cooler if it were Robert Pollard or somethin but whatever

All I need is a song from the pablo honey era but with the interesting guitars and emotion sucked out of it.

>Muse

HOLY SHIT PISS WHAT IS GOING ON IT'S SO HOT IN HERE

That could be said about pretty much any Ween song, though. Someone who discovered them through Push th' Little Daisies, for example, would probably be completely thrown by most of their work post-Chocolate and Cheese.

I think DARE is more fitting for the thread topic desu

It sounds pretty similar to the other songs on nevermind what are you talking about

I don't know about discography, but "Money" doesn't seem to fit the rest of album very well. I honestly think it would fit much better on Animals.

I'm a big fan of Jimmy and I like this song in the context of the album, plus it has a positive message.

Doesn't touch anything on Clarity or Futures, though.

Doesn't sound anything like stuff on Astral Weeks but I'm not too familiar with his discography
