As we stumble into the charade of luxury that often comes with a hotel, we often find ourselves resting well in an odd state of ambiguity and vagueness. In his second effort for Jacob And Friends, Eric Taxxon brings an album that displays that faux luxury that often we absolve ourselves into, all viewed through a lens of lush and repetitive minimal techno, intending on delivering a cozy experience to the listener.

live is really cute. checked out the other lofi thing and wasn't liking that aesthetic though. the nasally voice ends up high in the mix, high enough to be grating

not enough sonic variation. all the tracks, while being different, sound the same.

as someone who dabbles in breakcore, I know a lot of these drumloops by heart and it makes me sad that you didn't do any kind of arrangement to the drums. but to each their own. good work otherwise
