Tfw you will graduate this fall with no job lined up

>tfw you will graduate this fall with no job lined up

How are my university bros doing?

very well aquainted with this feel

trying to get into grad school in hope I can avoid the real world for a couple more years

I have a university degree and unemployed since 2014

>kill_me.exe

Non-STEM BTFO

fugg... what went wrong?

what are you majoring in?

STEM is a meme.

Say that to the employers that keep calling me because of my LinkedIn account.

except for math

>Meme degrees ahead

I want to do a Law degree but do I have the motivation...

>tfw 3rd year in uni but still no decent friends

Enjoy your no job

>was stem major
>unemployed for 2 years
>finally got something
>business closes down and unemployed again
Memes, all of it

I don't think there is a future for millennials.

>Not going for a master's degree so you can get a job that's outside of your field.

Working in a McDonalds, trying to become a teacher but waiting on a reference, might not come in before the deadline, in which case I have no back up plans (already exhausted them).

So I will probably descend into alcoholism and then suicide I guess.

First year of university and I am working in what I am studing.

Maybe I don't need to finish it. Engineering rules.

>24
>never went to uni

is it even worth it or should I just skip the 4 years and off myself now?

Just kill yourself now. University is pointless. I would have been better off getting an apprenticeship when I finished school than this bullshit.

Just because you are a massive failure doesn't mean that there's something wrong with uni

>STEM degree
>shit GPA

just fucking die in my sleep already, I should have majored in accounting

no one cares. the only reason it would matter is if you want to do a graduate degree

Nah, there is something wrong with Uni. They are massively oversubscribed and ultimately a waste of time as rates of finding good work are low. 3 years in University could have been 3 years in the workforce or on an apprenticeship, meaning you would be much better off by now.

>no one cares

kek, grades are everything

I used to tell myself this but I don't think it's true

I'm thinking about self-studying CS to make up for my worthless ECE degree, so I have something to put on my resume besides my shit grades.

Don't be like me, kids... Study.

>tfw you will graduate high-school next spring with a job lined up

How are my high-school bros doing? :^)

Minor tuga. Pls, age more b4 coming here.

I'm 18. I changed courses in my second year of high-school and they didn't give me any equivalencies, so I had to re-do my first year.

The Portuguese education system fucking sucks.

Have you seen job applications lately? They ask for GPA and transcripts.

tfw this
jfmsu

did you vote trump?

Idk, wish my father had taken us there when we were young.

Bad as it might be, can't be the horror come to life, my fellow tuga. =(

I got more job offers when I didnt have a degree.
the STEM market is flooded, and if my gaduating class was any idication I think employers are starting to realize that ,today, graduates have less to offer than they used to

What do you have a degree in?

>tfw youngfag
>tfw you always see these threads about university, jobs and rent
>tfw you are yet to try these horrors
I will start in university next year and I am scared

at least it's free for you. just don't be stupid and pick a career that will get you nowhere, but is still within the parameters of your interests.

it is a STEM degree, Arjen

>tfw I fell for the STEM meme

>tfw got job offer while still in school and dropped out to work instead

Thinking about going back to finish though. Whenever I switch jobs I have to settle for a lower starting salary due to not having the degree.

>STEM
>meme
What did you do wrong, Hans Al-Alimaniyyah?

Well not all STEM degrees are equally good.

I'm following an honours in CS and Information sciences, currently in my last bachelor year and I already receive job offers because of my LinkedIn account.

haha this is why I didn't graduate anything.

Got an MSc but still work as a barman. It's not that I can't get a better job, it's that I really can't think of any real job that I actually want to do.

I found a job fine with a STEM degree. In the US the biggest problem is living in an area that doesn't support your industry.

1st year compsci student in the process of failing 2 modules here

what did you major in?

>tfw LLM in taxation , banking law, insurance law and accounting

STEMcucks BTFO

Drop out. You're either not motivated enough or just not cut out for it.

Fuck did you major in?. I don't think you should have any problems unless you majored in aerospace or nuclear engineering.

You'll make lots of money in that field for sure, but jesus christ it is fucking boring. Even though I have no background in the field, I have somehow found myself proofreading textbooks for students in this exact area, and I don't think it's possible to be passionate about or even enjoy this subject.

I can only start studying at the age of 21 due to conscription.

iktfb

I need the money though

>tfw would have studied History but didn't want to spend the rest of my life teaching to cunts that don't care for a shit pay
