I'm also the autist who gave you these lists

For real, though, as bad as Pavement are not even they have a record as garbage as Reformation Post TLC

>Re-Mit
it is almost completely shit, but this song is up there with some of the greatest Fall tracks

Thank you friend. I toast my Lager to you and all our fellow The Fall fans spreading the love.

Is The Fall slowly becoming Sup Forumscore or will it stop at some point

I liked Hex Enduction Hour but it would be fun to see something more slowpaced if you got any recs.

>more slow paced
That's about as slow paced as The Fall gets, bub.

Dragnet, maybe?

The Fall reminds me of Neil Young how he explores and experiments- sometimes veering toward unlistenable - sometimes higher level (Mirror Ball).

Mountain Energei

I was thinking of something more on the vein of The Idiot/Transformer kinda speed.

Sparta FC (off of Country on the Click)

>we are the Lovecocks

I'm just getting into the fall and I have listened to every album up to Bend Sinister. Anything after that worth a listen? Really enjoyed it so far. Mark E. Smith is a real zany guy, and how he blended krautrock influences in with his music is really good.

>Anything after that worth a listen?
You have no idea, man. You are in for some good shit.

Theme From Sparta F.C.

Ahem --------->

I'd say original American RnB was a bigger influence on the Fall than krautrock. I remember in an interview Mark recalling being starstruck when Bo Diddley told him backstage that The Fall were the best band around

>R&B
>Bo Diddley
I definitely can't deny the R&B aspects of Bo Diddley but he definitely played more on the side of hard rock (at the time it was, anyway) than anything else. Hardly constitutes an "R&B influence" if the only thing you cite is Bo.

Apologies for crossing your ultra groovy streams.
