Dude are you me? I do this shit all the time, especially when I'm alone. Although these days I imagine myself being an up and coming act playing at a festival, and whatever song I'm listening to is just a song I'm covering

I was in a band in high school. It was awesome. I pretend I'm in a band now a days when I'm actually just in a duo with one of the high school band guys.

Nah, but I do imagine that I'm part of the band sometimes and I'm playing it with them live. Sometimes just imagining I'm in the crowd vibing with them is enough, lol.

I always imagine myself playing at an awards show of some kind, though I don't even watch them.

I actually had great pleasure of playing an original song in my talent show with a band I put together, and we won ($100 boo-ya).

But I still do this with much much better music, and wish I wrote half the shit I listen to. Also my stupid song wasn't sexy at all.
