Vacation is absolutely phenomenal, but it's actually the only thing I've heard by them. Is the rest of their discog worth checking out?

Thats kind of tricky. They've gone through a number of phases that bounce around chiptuney punk and outright skacore. You can see if you like any of their other albums (they're all still free I believe), but Id probs recommend Jeff Rosenstock's solo stuff if you're into vacation:
