HOWLING

i know you fat yank, the meme is that 'social' media wasn't around yet and therefore the socialisation among normies didnt exist online, creating the illusion that the internet was different to real life (unlike now where they're so mixed together that a fucking online cartoon frog influences presidential elections)

forums were (and still are) completely different from the shite you see on facebook and twitter.

I discovered Sup Forums when I was 15 but I didn't post until I was 18 because it's against the rules desu.

My dad was on the internet in the 90s, when it was just anonymous chat rooms.

Used to pick up French birds and chatting in a group of about 70, spent days on end shitposting in his divorcee flat on his own

Found out about this when I told him about Sup Forums once expecting him to laugh and call me a sad case but he just said "yeah I know how it is when you find a group online".

Like to think I'm continuing his legacy by posting here.

what do they all find so funny
