I always thought it's a slavic (Russian, at least) word. WTF!?

Right. Yeah. We use just "kisa" for cat.
But recently i've matched that not a lot of slavs actually using that words for cats (except rus-uk-bel which is not surprise) so.. i'm starting to think that word is not actually slavic.
