Why is pic related never spoke about in the same way Illmatic and Ready To Die are?
>inb4 people just post pictures of their favourite hip-hop albums
>inb4 Madvillain is mentioned at all, it's the wrong era.

Also, wtf is up with Method Man?
His flow and voice are great, but his albums are generally disappointing.
Was he made to be a feature rapper?
Yeah, Tical was a huge letdown imo. A lot of people really like it tho.
Liquid Swords is great, but it's normally brought up as the contrarian choice compared to 36 Chambers. I still can't decide which one I like more.
I can see why 36 Chamber is preferred as the tracks are more varied than Liquid Swords and it's hard to get sick of a rap album when there's like 10 rappers on it, but for me it seems kinda entry level. Maybe that's just because I've played it out so much since I was a wee teen.
Liquid Swords really transports you into GZA's world (no homo). He's really perfected his style; flow, lyrical content, and choice of beats, the entire thing runs smoothly from start to finish.
>bump
not even the best wu-tang solo album
too wordy for most
it's ok but have you heard of this
ive seen plenty of discussion for liquid swords on here. the real question is why this classic is left in the shadows
because Reachin' is better?
