so uh is tapmusic gone or something I haven't been here in months

I usually take my pizza plain, but if I had to go with a topping either meatlovers or chicken bacon ranch

Cool dudes

Not saying everyone else in the thread isn't cool but these guys are exceptionally cool

lastfm.paddez.com/ is better anyway. Better resolutions, more readable font, more chart customization options.

This is the stuff i've been listening to over the past week. Any recs?

+smiths, mbv, mac demarco,
anthony naples, 25,000 kittens,
bach, massacre, shoes, genocide organ
japanese breakfast, duster, di6, three 6, mbv
del, mbv, dj shadow

Midori - aratamemashite, hajimemashite, midori desu

Aunt Sally S/T

Slowdive - Souvlaki

i'm sorry but that made me physically sick
it's a solid 7/10 for now (with a possibility of climbing higher)
it definitely feels like Tibet's reusing his older ideas here and there
(including a song's entire lyrics - he released a new song with those same words for the 3rd time now)
but overall, the album hits some cathartic highs that have been more or less absent from the most recent C93 albums - in no small part thanks to Tibet's stronger-than-usual vocal delivery
also, there are some overtly sexual themes in the lyrics this time - i just wish i could understand them all
wrong opinion

favorite topping: meatballs

you'd like comsat angels if you dont know them
have you heard Lee Morgan - Search For The New Land
it's his best imo
hi feeler
try stick men with ray guns

Peppers, onions, mushrooms, and sausage
That Lady Gaga single has been sooo overrated/-played. I'm still gonna listen to the new album with as open a mind as possible, but I'm having some doubts
+AnCo, Gorillaz, MBDTF, Beatles, Kendrick, Doom/Geedorah, Harrison, clipping, Daft Punk, VU, NMH
Sup Forumscore af but good picks nonetheless. Word to the wise: Plastic Beach is the Gorillaz best album. Why Demon Days got canonized instead is beyond me.
+++Fleet Foxes
+Talking Heads, Candy Claws
+Kendrick, Avalanches, Eno, St. V, Dilla, Harrison
++Courtney Barnett
+Smiths, Neon Indian, Mac, Phoenix
+Arca, Thundercat, AnCo (though I'm not familiar with that record), Four Tet
Try Taylor McFerrin - Early Riser
+Smiths/Morrissey, VU, Autechre
+Bright Eyes, DJ Shadow, Doom, NMH, Tycho, MBDTF, of Montreal
If you enjoyed Hissing Fauna, give some of their other albums a try. The Sunlandic Twins and Skeletal Lamping are the most similar stylistically, but they have all that and more to offer.

+Costello is the man
+dre, dg, anco, gorillaz, daft punk, mbdtf, electric wizard, gybe, nmh, tvu, Sgt. Pep Pep
Recc: Jai Paul, Stardeath and the White Dwarfs, that's all I got off the top
+m83, candy claws, lilys
~ fleet foxes
Recc: Fleeting Joys, LSD and the Search for God
+capn Jazz, smiths, mbv

Recommendations would be appreciated desu

Idek why I had a craving for Slim Shady this week.

Anyway I'm looking for recommendations for French Pop, Post-rock, psychedelia and general chill in French language

My pizza, I always get pepperoni, jalapeños, pineapple, breakfast bacon and barbecue sauce.

Had to do a 6 by 6 so it wouldn't be too embarrassing...
And Then Nothing Turned Itself Inside-Out is the best Yo La Tengo album
great chart my dude
Thievery Corporation and Crass
Passion Pit and Grandaddy

Shrimp bitches

thank you.

Bacon, chicken, and Spinach is a god-tier combo.
Favorite pizza I've ever had had red roasted potatoes, bacon, chipotle ranch, and sour cream as toppings. Good shit.

>tfw never been able to get into Deltron or Madvillain
I usually like DOOM too

Hell fuckin yeah bitch
I'm Up is also super underrated.
Ups for King Krule and BMSR

+williams, tammy wynette,

rec: roger miller, johnny horton, sons of pioneers

I hadn't listened to Dolly at all in my life until about a week ago and I've fallen head over heels for her.

Painful is a more mellow album, it's probably the best album to hear before going to sleep.

I'll try the other Of Montreal albums, thanks.

please don't die on me thread

have you listened to esperanza spalding's new album? you might not like the musical style but it's worth listening to just for the incredible bass playing.

comfy 90's chart

That doesn't sound appetizing at all but you do you
+Fame Monster, Ella F, OPN, Avalanches, Arca, Blood Orange
+Nas, Deltron, Madvillain
Obligatory If-you-liked-Deltron-listen-to Constructus Corporation
>how's that wilco?
Nothing earth shattering, but worth a listen. About on par with Star Wars.

I like Esperanza a lot but oddly have never actually listened to any of her albums, only live performances.
If you really like her try out Loretta Lynn too.
Coal Miner's Daughter and Blue Eyed Kentucky Girl are classics

LUM: Antwon, Flatbush Zombies, Vince Staples, ASAP
Dude are you me? What do you recommend? Where should I start with Triple 6

>i'm sorry but that made me physically sick
Its called motion sickness love for a reason

I can't believe anything is better than Demon Days so I'm excited I guess

love Vince

Mystic Stylez desu. If you like the griminess of it check out the Smoked Out Loced Out tape and Underground Vol. 1.
If you didn't like how grimy it was move to their later releases. Like Da Unbreakables and Most Known Unknown.

usually i kill those threads...

Elliott Murphy - Lost Generation (or any of his '70s albums, he was hugely influenced by Dylan, Cale, Reed))
