there's no rule about them
using a lot of はs (more than 2) will usually make your sentence too ambiguous or meaningless, but with 実は it's like a set word so it doesn't add any ambiguity
実は, 要は, etc. are often used with another は
hell 実は is even written up as a 副詞 in daijirin instead of a 連語 like 要は

This isn't going to be a long term thing. One of two things will happen. Hiro will eventually step up and either move us back to Sup Forums where we belong, or to /jp/ which is bearable. Otherwise, these threads will just be ignored until they die, and set upon by your typical Sup Forums posters who will use it as a second Japanese thread for shitposting brownie points.

Again, it's not that simple.

Why not just set up base on /qa/. I like Sup Forums, I like Sup Forums and I like /jp/. I just don't want any more bloodshed!

/qa/ is secluded enough that none of those three boards will give much damn and the board certainly hasn't quite as much justification compared to them.

Unless you want whiny reddit newfags coming in to learn japanese you'd best avoid /qa/.

A /qa/ thread would just well up with posters from /qa/ and become a moderation general instead of a Japanese learning general, as it's been doing for the past while

The typical /qa/ posters are even bigger plebs than the typical Sup Forumsnon. They won't even get past furigana.

The thing about Sup Forums memes is that any board can use any meme given the appropriate situation, regardless of the board the meme originated from. Someone saying "make X great again" for example doesn't necessarily mean they're from Sup Forums, since at least 99% of Sup Forums users are sure to have heard or read it before.

At least, that used to be the case. Now people go REEEEE at the sight of memes that didn't come from their board. It's sad how far Sup Forums has fallen.
