Some Muslims say that all it takes to be a Muslim is to say and believe that there is only one god whose prophet is Muhammad; others say you're not a proper Muslim if (insert random bullshit here).

There are live and let live hippies called Alevis. There are hipster Muslims called Ahmadiyya whom Pakis hate with a passion. There are Shias and Sunnis who can be only culturally Muslim (Shia Azeris, Sunni Bosnians) or full durka jihad (Sunni Pakis/Saudis, Shia Iranians/Hezbollah).

It really depends on when they're from, for instance most Kurds I've met tend to me super chilled out about following the rules and a lot of the girls rarely every wear the hijab etc. Also young Muslims tend to break all the rules when their parents aren't looking or don't think they will get caught by somebody from their local mosque.

It tends to be Muslims from Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Somalia that are the most hardcore and always cause the big terrorist attacks and shit.

Mostly live in São Paulo and Foz do Iguaçu.

From what i saw they are actually decent people, at least here. Some Syrian refugess here and there but nothing in huge numbers.
