Im no scooby doo but i think you should check out the Noise Rock sect of Math Rock

Brain Chippendale also does his solo work under "Black Pus".
Sete Star Spet is incredibly noisy but its more of grindcore.

Yeah OP, I'd say you are looking for noisy math rock. A lot of the stuff on this chart will be what you are looking for. Don Cab, Shellac and Polvo perhaps, Sleeping People, Drive Like Jehu, plus the various others that have been mentioned already.
