Ok but how do you discount the intention of (say) a horse banging a gong? It's not like you can ask the horse 'hey, are you making music?' but that doesn't mean the horse isn't thinking it is music
for example if you found a remote tribe who had no other human contact and shared no language with you and saw them making music you would assume they were making music intentionally
