Had a talk with my Canadian QT last night. I told her that I think it'll be years before I'm ready to have a girlfriend, just too many changes going on. She said she understands, but I think she still has hope that I'll change my mind. she's a great person, and I do like her. But I just had to tell her that I'm not ready. So, I guess when we meet in January, it'll just good experience. but, I don't think a actual relationship will form.

most people don't live at the uni, it's fairly close to the city
Don't know what it's like in Sweden but where I went to uni students lived all around the city but didn't really integrate that well, everyone was out on the assigned student nights, went to typically student pubs, and spent most of their time in or around the city. Also half the city centre was basically a student playground. If you didn't know someone you'd know someone on their course, and they'd know them.
well im sure there are student activities, but people in my class at least don't seem to go to them
