My nigga. Was at the bar a few weeks ago and a guy bought my wife and I some drinks because she drank the same as him, and apparently hardly anybody drinks it. Turns out he owned a restaurant in town and we got some free meals out of it (and quite a few drinks, too).

I'm not big on beer, but out of the few I've tried 50s are definitely one of the better ones.

It's funny how Americans name all these cocktails after Russia: Black Russian, White Russian, Moscow Mule.
I've been living with Russians all my life and never have I seen any of them assemble a cocktail. It just doesn't happen!

Usually beer, sometimes Olmeca chocolate or some absinth.

To be fair, the "Russian" drinks are usually just vodka mixed with one or two other things.

A black Russian is just vodka with Kahlua (in equal parts), and a white Russian is just a black with cream.

Never heard of a Moscow mule before, but from what Google says it's just a white Russian with portions of vodka, liqueur, and cream made overly complicated.
