Simple, too many people reported it to Google as malicious. It has nothing to do with getting pwned or changing hands to different owners.It still points to the same servers, not that those servers couldn't also have malware but you should be turning off javascript and using adblock for TPB either ways.

also this issue may hqve something to do with ads, and if, it mght be simply be ignored by adding adblck to your browser
