I mean back then, hardly anyone acted like this and majority were straight, but now it feels like something happened which made this decade's young generation decide to experiment/act different compared to the previous decade's young generation.

Back in school; there was like 1 gay guy whilst everyone else was straight and I mean that; everyone talked about girls and not one in my group or another group talked about guys.

Yes, I find 16 appropriate too. Here in the US though, most states don't allow it to fly like that. If a 56 year old fucks an 18 year old they will get off with no problem. I am of the opinion that Homo Sapiens as a species doesn't really give much of a shit about sexual preference, it comes down to culture. So that said, what about transgenderism? Well, some studies have found that bathing the fetus in abnormal hormones leads to brain changes which do indeed seem to show differing pathways in the brain. To me this says that it's a disease, not something the person can help. Trans folks tend to be pretty miserable- they aren't happy with their body and they aren't really happy with their new half-body either. I can't really blame them for it.
But I think about it akin to a teratogenic disease, in which case it isn't the person's fault at all. You don't blame someone for having been born blind. You do what you can to help them become full, active members of society as much as possible. You don't even need to pity them- they're people just like you.
