Would you trade your excellent credit in exchange for that kind of cash Sup Forums?

You get told he can legitimately get you 200.000 to 500.000 thousand dollars in loans/etc as long as you got good credit and he doesn't care if you take it all out and file bankruptcy as long as u give him a cut.

Don't think bankruptcy works like that

You also can't legally give him any sizeable cut

I wouldn't give a cut

tell me more my nigerian friend

Can you do this without going to jail in murica?

are you 12? of course not.
$500,000 is not alot of money, it is absolutly not worth it.

500k cash? you can easily flip that if your smart about it. at the end of the day credit is bs. its just a few numbers to let people know your trust worthy who cares when you can buy everything cash nowadays anyway

Majority of people will work all their lives and never have that much cash.

>500k is not alot of money
Alright nigger, i'm sure you're a regular Mr.Moneybags who just happens to spend all of his valuable time on Sup Forums

Filing for bankruptcy isn't as simple as ruining your credit score you moron. You have to give up controll of your finances and all your spending is under intense scrutiny. If you start spending thousands of dollars while in a bankruptcy claim you'll go to prison

If i did it, i obviously wouldn't be spending money at least not under my name, there are plenty of ways to get around this and plenty of ways to make the bankruptcy seem legit, hookers/casinos and booze lol costly shit most cases cash too

Look, i have earned more than a million over the past 8 years and 500k is not a lot of money, it will only last a few years.

I don't know where you live or how credit rating is valued there, but I guess it is safe to say that you will never finance a house or a car ever again in your life after you filled bankruptcy.
You won't get a trade licence, too.

Although might not matter much to you now, in 10 years you could hate yourself for it.

filing for bankruptcy is never a good option, and is a last resort to get rid of debt you'll never be able to pay. this kind of shit will ruin you for a long time.

This is also true but we all earn more then 500k. But at the end of the year what do we have to show for it? lets be honest. The system is designed in a way where the poor get poor and the rich keep getting rich. wouldn't be surprised if half of these millionaires out there today do this type of shady shit

not all of us live in the us bro. there are places where 500k can get you the good life for decades. If you use it wisely, a lifetime.

This. Assuming the person doing this is smart, they can live good.

If I were making a million in 8 years, I wouldn't consider doing this either. This plan isn't for you. The first 5 years after I moved away from home, I survived on ~15k a year, and many people survive on less. Without accounting for inflation, some people could stretch 500k out 30 years. I could reasonably get a decade of work-free living out of 500k, because I live frugally.

If flipping burges is your only perspective in life (don't mean to be offensive, its just a good example), then by all means, go for it.

If you cannot say that for sure, maybe killing your credit rating forever is not the best idea.

A friend of mine has just started his own business at the age of 37, after 20 years of working-class bliss, and he had a lot of trouble to get even 200k from a bank to set things up.
And he thought he'd never need a loan, he was super proud of paying everything in cash his whole life.

Imagine having that golden idea and no way to make it reality because 20year old you decided it was a cool idea to fraud the bank.

Plus, do you think they are going to let you keep that car you bought, those shares that look so promising, and hey, what is that watch you're wearing?

There are allot of people who are going to say "oh well its not worth it" but lets be honest here if we are going to have 500k CASH stored away just the fact that you know if you ever want something in your life again u can get it. Money talks. These days is all about money and people will get you whatever you want as long as you got it. Hell my friend just got a car loan for a porshe he cant afford with no credit and no income, lol money talks

are you actually insinuating that the possibilty of getting 200k in creding in 10 yeas time if worth 500k in cash right now? Even if the sums were reversed it would still not be worth it. you make no fucking sense dude, if you have that amazing idea you can fucking finance it yourself with that kind of money in hand.

One of the worst things ever is with all the money that you have, you wouldn't be able to travel outside your country anymore after filing for bankruptcy.

You're an idiot...

Kek

at least i fucked ur mom

that wasn't even me.

Look, it is your life, not mine. If have no other perspective, taking that 500k (- the cut for your friend) may be the best route for you.

Simply consider the fact that you position yourself outsite of the normal business world forever if you do that.
You will never buy a house for your kids to grow up in, not even an appartment. You will never be able to finance anything ever again, you will have to justify your possessions towards the officials, you will never be able to start a business. That bank is going to be a pest for the next years, do you think they'll just write the money off and move on?

If that world is already closed to you, you have nothing to lose. If you are not sure about that, maybe you should reconsider.

Plus we are talking about serious fraud here, this could get you jailtime if anything goes wrong.

in short, my point is you never know where life might take you, and if you pull this through you will be closing A LOT of doors that you might never be able to open again.
