Isola di Montecristo

Located off the coast of Tuscany in the Tyrrhenian sea.

In the famous book the protagonist finds the treasure here,

It only has 2 inhabitants left, who are also the guardians od the island.

Used to have it's own species of sheep only found there until the 1860s when the last one was shot.

In 1918 six danish sailors stranded on there. They managed to live on raw sheep meat and gay sex for 16 days before being saved.
