NIAD doesn't offer any courses or classes.
They just award you a degree with the specilizations listed in the 専攻分野の名称, based on the credits you earned at college-level academic institutions.
For example, if you take enough courses offered in a certain university under the "comparative culture (比較文化)" programme, NIAD will give you a degree titled "liberal arts (教養)" even if you took those courses as a part-time student.
