Okay so I know this is a bit of a jump because the name isn't spelled correctly, but the other parts of the case made me believe that maybe this was a close guess but others may disagree.
This is Marilee Burt. She was 15 years old found naked (just like Stephanie) in Deer Creek Canyon. She had been strangled (just like Darcy). She had been kidnapped on her way home from school. This was before Stephanie in the 70s so I may be wrong, but I wanted to share this info as well because it is in the Arapahoe county, just like Stephanie.

The morse code posted on the previous bread translated through a Caesar cypher gave us mariaydlpare, which some wetback translated into Spanish and got "Maria and then the end", possibly meaning that Maria was his last murder or he is going to murder Maria. The notion that he is going to murder maria would play into the "the more you get close the more they hurt" thing.

The bodies in the "stop" image could be Maria. It's all speculation for now, but I wouldn't be surprised if this all ends up with him killing Maria and turning himself in.
I think its important to keep in mind that theres no link or proof that any clues that arnt directly from the youtube channel are legit (morse code, decoded pictures)

Basically we have "Deeper" who seems to want us to believe Darcy and Stephanie's murder are connected, however, they both seem to come from two different kinds of murders. Stephanie's murder seems to belong to a string of prostitution-related murders where the victim is sexually assaulted the body abandoned outdoors, usually naked. Darcy was not involved in prostitution, she was just a mother of a 6 year old boy who worked at a bakery.
