I guess, the only way to move people permanently is have mods do something, otherwise people will still show up.
I did say except for other furries. They are still able to exist because there are a lot of furries and they're kinda like the old CP threads. People see them and don't take any action because they don't care.
Still, like CP and roll threads, it's a bit annoying to be browsing for threads with charm or OC and have a furry thread pop up.
