basically yes. The EU has some pretty absurd laws concerning this subject. You can get (and people actually do get) pretty hefty fines and jailtime if you actively symphatize with the 3rd reich and it's politics. This goes for voicing opinions too. Hitler did nothing wrong actually gets you in jail pretty fast here in the EU. And laws are underway to outlaw any negative opinions about migration and migrants as well. So much for free speach. This although, affects the average EU citizen quite little, but still sad and alarming.

Looked it up and it seems to be a PEGIDA rally/protest, PEGIDA are becoming a big thing (mainly in Germany) but also in the UK as well.

Should there be a non anonymus poll about "Was Hitler right?" yeah, you would be in trouble by voting at all. But this is again, absurd.
But if you voice your opinion in front of a larger public, you are in fact in trouble. And this goes for online activity as well. If there is someone to press charged agains you, you'll face court. Of course, for that to happen someone needs to press charges, but there are some specific groups who will make sure you get prosecuted.
Again, this has little to no impact on everyday life for the majority, but for any right wing supporter this makes life pretty hard, especially that even implying things gets you in troubele. There have been noumerous cases throughout the EU with some pretty serious scentences, not just fines and probations, but actual jailtime.
And, of course, it gets worse every day.

Just because no one gives a fuck about you shouting HH on the streets that doesn't mean there are no quite easy ways in the legal system of most EU states to get you in trouble for doing so.
