Was it Mex's coach just rotating and experimenting way too much? Was it the first goal? After that Mexico looked like they just went into full panic mode and hoofballed the entire time.

Rotations, the team was playing together for the first time and the tactics consisted of passing it to Tecatito "No endgame" Corona and Hirving "Played out of position" Lozano. Once Pizzi figured this out, Mexico was out of the game and with a defense that was playing together for the first time, it was a disaster.

It was a combination of everything:
1) Chile is the superior team, they have better players that had being playing together lfor more than 4 years under the same system. Mexico failed to recognize this and didnt adjust their tactic to this, being fooled by the lucky running fluke >we were having playing meme teams or meaningless friendlies.
2) Retarded rotations in the last games. We can say the players osorio picked were the good ones (for the exception of dueñas and rafa marquez and ochoa) but the fact that they werent playong together the last run of games fucked us hard. Using all the three goalkeepers is beyond retarded, any NT needs regularity and needs to establish the 11 starters and develop the team work based on that.
3) lack of leadership, lack of balls and lack of shame of mexican players
4) chile played better than normal and mexico worse than normal to be fair. Chile dominated in the friendly match but lacked definition, but in this match they were like hit men. Mexico defense which is normally shit, this time was non existant. Plenty of rooky mistakes, there was no control of the ball in the midfield, no connection between the almost non existant defense and the attack.
5) After third goal, mexico just stopped trying, there was no reaction neither from the coach and the players and all went to shit. They could have won 9 or 10 zero really
