I took 200mg of modafinil this morning when I woke up, and took another 200mg at about 12pm. It's 2pm now and I feel like I'm about to have a fucking panic attack, I feel extremely anxious and I literally can't do anything but sit in bed and wait.
I know I'm not going to die, so why the fuck do I feel like I am?
Is there anything I can do/eat/drink/take to help myself get through this quicker?

modafinil is comparable to speed or ritalin, gives you a boost. your hearth rate is probably sky high and worrying about it raises it even more so just relax and find something to do. eat or drink stuff with sugars, cola and dextroses will break down the substance a bit

You need a benzo, so much modafinil can fuck your heart or even give you a heart attack.
