Liona Boyd? Seriously? If you're talking classical guitar, she doesn't hold a candle to Segovia.
Also, while Jimi Hendrix is undisputed by anyone with a brain, and to a lesser degree Stevie Ray Vaughan, it's hard to leave out Eddie Van Halen, however much his music sucks. He was hugely influential.
We're still leaving out guys like BB King or Joe Pass or Wes Montgomery or Chet Atkins. Not everyone genius guitarist was in rock.
