The only character legitimately in need of changing is Mei. She is just not fun to fight against and rarely loses duels. Her abilities are way too impactful on the game and can singlehandedly win Escort games for the defenders with minimal effort.

Yea first thing I noticed about junk rat was his fire and forget style. I whipped entire groups myself with ease using him. Just set traps and press fire at spawn rinse and repeat. I like the style of the character tho. Other than that I like Mei admiditly.
Soldier 76 is only hated because "lel call of duty xdd". He's one of the most balanced characters in the game

I think Tracer's ult is extremely underpowered considering the only time it can kill is when you stick another player. I think that needs a damage boost. Other than that, the other characters seem fine (except Mei which everyone seems to agree on).

The only really overpowered characters are Lucio and Reinhardt, and neither should be nerfed since it's hard enough to get people to want to play them as it is. McCree might need a nerf to his right click aswell. Other than that it's a very balanced game, if you think bastion or mei is op you're just bad at this game.

You are a special kind of stupid if you actually believe that. Genji does his job (flanking and dealing with snipers) well, Hanzo does his job (sniping) poorly especially compared to Widowmaker. Why the fuck anyone would pick Hanzo over Widow for power is beyond me.
I don't feel Mei is "overpowered" per se, she's countered well by snipers an alright by fast moving characters, but I definitely feel her FUCKING MASSIVE CC is out of place in this game.
The rest of the characters in the game have little to no CC nearly as powerful as what she can do, Mcrees flashbang and Reinhardts charge and ult come to mind, but mcrees flashbang is one use, and renhardts charge requires you to aim and time it well if youre trying to hit anyone other than fucking roadhog, and his ult is only a cone that only effects you if you are hit when he uses it.
Mei on the other hand has a flamethrower-esque gun that freezes people with basically no skill or aiming required and her mag size on that thing is fucking massive, enough to freeze multiple people, if Mei is freezing you, you have like, maybe two seconds to fucking murder her before you are absolutely FUCKED which is a pretty unrealistic timeframe for many characters. And her ult is a fairly large sized area of Denial, if you're not right at the edge of it when she throws it on you, you are FUCKED,and you can't get back in there until the ult passes, a large amount of time in such a fast paced game, and that shit can freeze the area of an entire cart or most of a control point if the team is bunched up.
I just feel with so much CC the character should atleast be hardr to play, but shes also incredibly easy for her potential with a low skill floor and ceiling, and dumbass can pick her up and use her fairly well except maybe her icicle.
I really don;t think she belongs in this game, shes just so disruptive to the flow of gameplay.
McRee is one of if not the best consistent damage dealer in the game. There is a reason a consistent number of pro compositions go with 2 McRee's as their damage dealers

Hanzo has a higher skill floor and a higher skill ceiling,
Widowmaker has a much lower skill floor and a fairly low skill ceiling.
A casual player, which this game caters to in alot of areas, is far better off using widowmaker with her instant shot and semi auto sniper as well as her auto rifle for close range.
Hanzo is much harder to use but has more potential, especially considering his ult.
