No. Reparations due to historical injustice paid to people living in a state due to their skin-color is racist and short sighted. Not all families who are black were historically harmed by these measures, seeing that some came to the US much later. Also not all victims and their descendants stayed in the US. Therefore reparation (if there are some to be paid) should only be paid to those who can legally prove their historical sufferage

Thats my family. Moved from Germany in 1900-1910 some where around there, Moved to the north before settling in the midwest in the 30s-40s. Never once owned a slave.
