poke a hole under ur nail if puss comes out. you gotta pull the hole nail off before it becomes ingrown . if not then your in bad luck

from experience, your best bet at home would be to try and peel back that bit of toe there at the corner of the nail and try to cut some of that out. if the weight did push the nail down into the flesh, cutting that out will initially hurt like hell but will also relieve a ton of the pressure and pain.
