Anyone own a bitcrusher here? What songs are you playing?
James Howard
>Anyone own a bitcrusher here? no you fucking idiot
Nicholas Flores
wow rude
James Sanchez
>no money and dream about getting her >finally have money now I cant find her Whats her name?
Chase Lee
>they think being secretly overpriced means rising above the crowd >all ergonomic guitars come out of a form factory >buy our outdated designs please, we'll make them twice as expensive just for you looool is Gibson the most phoney big company ever
Brayden Smith
>gibson u2 >fender aerodyne strat >aerodyne jazz bass >60th anniversary strat
Mason Wood
kek stay mad poorfag
Thomas Jackson
So /gg/, are you a bad enough dude to play this in time?
I even left the tabs in for you.
Record it, or just tell us how it went for those of use who are lazier.
Noah Taylor
t-this looks scary....
Sebastian Scott
ma8peg, its right in front of you dude
Henry Evans
there's no reason to buy a new fender or gibson in 2016. other manufacturers do it better and cheaper.
buying them used makes sense though because they have insane resale value.
Hudson Moore
I would but I'm working on something else right now
>mfw I just got one of those, and its a top tier classic series MM Stingray
Jayden Williams
you are taking this shit way to seriously
Charles Scott
I had a Bug Brand Micro Crusher sample rate reducer. I would use it turned on after other pedals like fuzz and distortion for a more blown out and ripping type of sound. By its self it sort of sounded like a ring modulator or kind of sitar-ish. The WMD Geiger Counters has a lot more features and wavetables for crazier sounds.
Nolan Richardson
sell two stacks and buy some friends
Nathan Stewart
;)
Jordan Cox
>t. newfag
Nathaniel Ross
Cool. What is your opinion of the Red Panda Bitmap? It seems to be both a bitcrusher and a sample rate reducer.
Charles Cruz
>low G >played on the 6th fret
alternate tunings D R O P P E D
Carson Gonzalez
So I bought this some time ago for 20€ but it's not that good sounding. I'm wanting to improve it cosmetically and if I can, even make it sound better. I'm a poorfag so I really don't have much to spend on new parts. On which parts should I invest? I know how to solder and all the other important stuff so don't bother saying I can't.
Red Panda Bitmap seems pretty cool. Having the expression pedal input really helps with changing up the bleeps and bloops in real time. Maybe try to find one cheap on the used market.
Matthew Taylor
How would you rate Zappa's guitar playing?
Jacob Robinson
That's pretty sweet user I won't lie.
Evan Bailey
>I'm wanting to improve it cosmetically and if I can gasoline and a match then
Ian Ortiz
He's a master.
John Ramirez
with a scale obviously
Colton Fisher
Total wanker. It feels like he's just stumbling over notes when he plays fast
Zachary Martinez
Fuck, that shit's hard. I should practice classical on my classical more often
why does everyone love tortex picks? i cant get a grip on these damn things theyre so fuggin slippery
i find the cheapo fender picks way better, they dont slip out of my hands like these tortex ones do
Christian Brown
Its a killer bass, great versatility of tones with those big humbuckers. Got it strung up with nylon flats for a more round thumpy sound, close to a hofner in a way, and it sounds great
Austin Walker
Honestly, after seeing Chapman and Anderton's demo of the 2017 Les Pauls, I've never wanted a Gibson more.
Luis Rivera
You must have weak greasy fingers or something. Tortex grips perfectly for me, I never drop them.
Liam Davis
This
Blake Fisher
>>aerodyne jazz bass Is it heavy in weight as others say? I dont think anything can be heavier than my atk shit is not easy on my back.
Aaron Nelson
I meant the peavey i didnt even type aerodyne jazz wtf.
Nicholas Hill
>entry level meme guitars Youre not even trying at this point, looks likes you just browsed the guitar center website.
>no cort >no avalon >no line 6
Stay babby, vape poster
Jeremiah Scott
my fingers are actually v dry (muh 0% humidity), i think thats the problem
with celluloid picks i dont have squeeze as hard, whereas the tortex are always getting moved around when im strumming
Samuel Davis
its about 11 pounds, so its no featherweight, but not bad it you have a comfy strap.
Owen Nguyen
>user presents problem >YOURE SHIT I DONT HAVE THAT PROBLEM >nobody offers a solution ("have you tried using X instead?")
bravo /gg/
Benjamin Hughes
Score them with a knife. That's what I did when I used Tortex.
Brayden Williams
I use a combination of Cool Picks and GC/Samash store picks, all work for me, Cool Picks have more finger grip tho.
Adam Lee
Dry fingers shouldn't be a problem at all. What thickness are you using for both picks? Celluloid picks are generally more abundant in thinner (sub 1mm) sizes, and Tortex picks are more often thicker. Maybe if there's a thickness difference, the stiffness is causing your fingers to lose grip since you're accustomed to more give in the pick.
Joshua Russell
>avocado >best burst That's not how you spell silverburst.
Eli Anderson
Have you tried acetal picks? I have super dry fingers and Clayton ones work great for me.
Nathan Lewis
>colourblind burst
Bentley Walker
Guess I'll have to get a new strap then. Im debating either getting the peavey first or shelling out $600 for a stringray sub.
Colton Butler
guys i need something to fill in this riff. i think you will know what i mean, im just picking where there should be something else. sorry for very shit quality vocaroo.com/i/s0qXy4nWshn8
What's the most D E V I L I S H thing you do or have done related to gear? I spam Craigslist for a month with overpriced models of a guitar I end up listing a month later for $100 less.
Thomas Cox
My Line6 DL-4's switches got busted after real heavy use so I went to GC and bought a new one, swapped the guts and returned it a day later.
Ryan Wright
based shkreli
Connor Scott
>shoegaze as a genre as opposed to what? a scene?
Joshua Hughes
fashion
Jace Ramirez
How did they not notice? I might try that and swap out pickups from a fender USA model for my MiM
Brayden Edwards
Gibson Futura > Gibson Explorer
Jordan Reyes
Idk I guess they got confident since I had my receipt and every single thing that came in the box w/ the pedal.
Good luck with that, user.
Alexander Bailey
Stop buying so many guitars, just focus on getting good first
Jace Kelly
Ibanez Destroyer > both
Jose Ramirez
>bring empty case to gc >put usa model in it >walk out the back door just steal a usa model thats what I did
Jeremiah Harris
No don't do this, they check cases haha.
Robert Williams
only at the entrance >bring in empty case >put usa model in it >place the case in the hallway leading to the bathroom in the back >come back and ask employee to use the bathroom >when they leave you to piss you'll be empty handed >pop back out and quickly grab your case >and walk out the back door easy peasy
Nicholas Harris
not going to do anything else on guitar until i have 5 positions of the major and minor scales and arpeggios drilled into my brain and able to do them at 100bpm 16th notes. then i'm going to reward myself with a midi controller and make more music, hopefully less shitty by then though
Leo Young
They check them when you come out too, at least in every GC I've been to here in SoCal
Well except the one in Chula Vista but that one doesn't even have a front desk for them to check your shit so maybe you could get away with it? I'll get back to you later, user.
David Reyes
It was only $500 Geez ;_;
Owen Roberts
>not going to do anything else until I'm a drone that can churn out linear note sequences to the beat of a regular oscillator I don't think you realize how unproductive that is.
Colton Jackson
Completely original.
Anthony Martinez
kind of want a Wolfgang. I need a second guitar for more seamless live shows so I don't have to go to drop D every other song. preferably with a locking nut/floyd. single coils would be ideal. I dont want it to look metal. Is there an alternative to the wolfgang that is similar?
Julian Bailey
Well I've bought three guitars and returned them and they didn't really check for anything other than damage so it might be crazy enough to work
William White
That's what I thought before doing it, and it worked so yeah.
It's not like the pickups or anything under the pickguard has a warranty seal or anything like that. I doubt a GC employee could tell USA and Mexi pickups apart even if he took them apart anyways.
