Everyone knows the only true patrician music is cavemen music, banging on sticks and rocks from the stone age.

ITT: people listing good albums from the 70s

every decade has a ton of amazing albums. I think the 80s was far worse though

1971 had more good albums than the 00s

>wank

wew sure had me fooled there for a second
I thought you actually had an argument

70s=60s>80s>50s>90s>10s>40s>00s for me

I would go as far as to call '71 one of the greatest years for recorded music of all time.

Krautrock, punk, and funk were born in the 70s, which are probably the most influential genres in rock ever besides psych.

I respect that. The best thing about the 80's was the expansion of artistic expression in the mainstream with pop revolutionaries like Bowie and Kate Bush and the new wave movement. It represented a decline for many other forms of music though like folk and jazz.

65-75 probably the greatest decade for popular music of all time

70s was the was the best decade for experimental music

>was the expansion of artistic expression in the mainstream with pop revolutionaries like Bowie and Kate Bush
that happened in the 70s, and before Bush and Bowie

what about millions of years ago when there was no music.
