This is a great album to start.
I also really like Turn Blue because it has a lax psychedelic feel to it, but a lot of people don't like the album because they don't like the direction the band is taking.
If you're into the slow, country-esk songs, try out Magic Potion or Rubber Factory.
And if you enjoy the upbeat rock songs, Brothers and El Camino are great albums.
