For the past 8 months I've had a sore throat (especially in mornings) and I get a coughing fits that cause Me to lose my voice for a few minutes after. I've been pushing it off because I thought it would go away, but I'm starting to get worried. My throat is clearly inflamed, but I also have this somewhat large bump, which is right where the discomfort is. Is this normal? Can't seem to find any images that are similar
