>Dale Jr fastest in practice
>road course

What kinda sorcery is this?

Knowing his luck this season he probably gets involved in a wreck not of his own and his fast car goes to waste.

...

the meme train rolls through once again

>nascar driver attempts to turn right

...

can he win at a road course?

>no ARCA, VLN, or WTCC
Well at least you tried OP

Maybe he finally got over the PTSD.

youtube.com/watch?v=lvguOqYYubY

Although actually his last good road course finish was a month later

Do you know of a site that lists start times for all racing series in a convenient manner? I saw that there wasn't a thread made but running around for all the start times got annoying after awhile.

apologize

>In the closing stages of the race a senior member of the Ford team entered the Risi Competizione garage with a piece of paper, revealed as an official protest over a non-operational leader light on the side of the #82 Ferrari (below), then running second, behind the leading #68 Ford, and ahead of the #69 and #66 Fords.

>Ford’s justification for the protest revolved around the penalty doled out to their #66 car overnight for a non-operational illuminated number panel, both items falling into the same area of regulations, and Ford feeling that the race officials were not dealing with the two issues in an even-handed fashion.

>That certainly would have explained a protest, but it does not explain why the Ford representative presented the Risi team with what amounts to an ultimatum.

>That was expressed in clear terms and went along the lines of. If you promise not to race us for the win then this protest goes away, If you fight us then we’ll file it immediately.

Anyone watching the goodwood stream? Pretty comfy desu

>he'll never drive a car that looks like this

>op mentioned motogp

must be a quiet weekend

>German summer

A video that popped up last week. SVG at a Porsche Carrea Cup Australia race two months ago

Shane's cat isn't a huge fan of his driving

excuse me? why aren't you apologizing?

Doing figure of eight around two marshalls, what could go wrong

Blancpain 1000km of Paul Ricard

Start soon.

christ that's funny

Sc quals starting on fs1

Jr has always sucked at road courses
These cars have shit for grip and shit for downforce this year. They're absolute beasts to handle around a road circuit

reminder

>1:14:88 for truex

Toyota wins the pole lol

there has to be something the gibbs cars have that nobody else does. I heard someone say they've found a way to get more downforce in their cars than any of the other teams.

They won't win on Sunday though.

check'd

does this confirm we won't see a shitdriver in victory lane tomorrow?

Indy Lights, and Indy qualifying up next on the motor/sp/ort calendar

youtube.com/watch?v=Mu_tj24JImo

$

They're certainly bending a rule somewhere to get more downforce. That's what Chad Knauss was so good at for so many years. Gibbs are the ones who have shit figured out now though

Does anyone know if the K&N race at Sonoma is being live-streamed or broadcasted live?

Gibbs sure did find some downs force

Daily reminder that BJ's best lap in the Ford GT was only 5% slower than the LMP2s. No one is talking about this obvious violation

>this flag
>this post

Last hour !
Get comfy, also
>Bentley

vrooomp

fuck soccer

Will Power has pole in tomorrows Indycar race at Road America.

Posted a picture of Helio's car because thumbnails.
Fuck it.

Qualy when ?
Still watching Blancpain. McLaren #59 is about to win.

NBCSN broadcast is on right now

I want to watch blancpain but everything is geoblocked

Race is over actually.
Bell, Ledogar and Van Gisbergen wins with the #59 McLaren.
That was a nice race though, Bentley and M-Sport are still a laughing stock in GT3.
...But, geoblocked ? Really ? Even with those YT and Dailymotion official stream ?

YT and Dailymotion are some of the best/worst about not letting Americans watch things due to geoblocking. I'm not even sure what channel owns the rights here but they show a tape delayed version of the races, or highlights? I don't think I get the channel, I think it's CBS Sports.

Good to see SVGoat winning things, didn't know he got kept on for McLaren

Geoblocked on YouTube I will try the daily motion streams next time.

>implying a 700hp brick with little-to-no downforce going 100+ mph is going to turn on a dime like an F1 car

UK POSTERS, HOW DOES IT FEEL TO BE INDEPENDANT?

Kyle killed a rabbit yesterday....dunno if that is what you mean, but...yeah

link to video, now

tv cameras weren't on during the 2nd practice

here's the pics i sniped off leddit, because i can't find it anywhere else

>scooping up rabbit guts with a shovel

wow, didn't know track workers were such pussies

>implying they want blood and guts all over their firesuits

also, you have no idea what deseases or parasites that rabbit had

>deseases or parasites that rabbit had

you know, they make this amazing thing called anti-bacterial soap

>implying

that shit is like 20 bucks a bottle

>20 bucks a bottle

KEK, you;re getting ripped off

i can get a gallon jug for 1 dollar

>not knowing about specialty stores

Anyone going to make a turnleft thread or do I have to do it?

awful, scotland gonna leave soon cant believe its come to this

>Trucks

>gateway

pick one

Gateway is a shitty race, sorry, but it is

>short track trying too hard to be a copy of Pre-2002 Homestead and darlington

there's a reason the xfinity series left it

not to mention it sits in the niggerlandia of St Louis

the only benefit of that track, one of the last xfinity races there was where Carl Edwards BTFO'd brad keselowski

youtube.com/watch?v=Vz9OXptTwVQ

>turned right into him, you can even see his arms yanking it to the left into him

KEK, he didn't even TRY to make it look like an accident

fuck carl

...

Do we all agree that Stirling Moss is the greatest race car driver ever?

>Eli Gold leaves MRN

>Gateway is a shitty race, sorry, but it is
Trucks were based last year though.

yeah, back when cars were 0% computer and 100% driver

no, you really can't compare moss to a modern driver

but yes, he was a great race car driver

and yes, even NASCAR cup cars have computers in them, how the fuck do you think the new digital dashes work, when the drivers are done in practice they are handed a tablet that shows a graph of their telemetry data, HP, where they are losing the most grip, how far the wheel is turning, how much fuel was burned, etc etc

Jim Clark

NASCAR doesn't allow data acquisition during race weekends. All they have is what they download off the ECU, timing and scoring, and like, track bar position for some fucking reason.

By the sounds of things next year they will get that in the pits in real time.

I've ran over a squirrel. That can make a mess.

Oh when I say "off the ECU" I mean just the engine information. They can't run wheel speed sensors or ride height sensors or anything like that.

Would you rather they go to Kansas or Charlotte for another companion race so Busch, Harvick and Keselowski can be in the field too? Gateway is fine as a track and is great for the series being one of the last standalones

>le wacky dancing sprint girl has a nigger friend now

If you don't like Gateway you should kill yourself.

...

Wut ?

It's a race thread for the truck race

I know, but a new thread for this ? Come on ! You're new here or something

Almost always have race threads for turnleft Jaques

Holy shit Montoya is a douchebag

>leaves

he was fired.

he was flirting jokingly with an intern during a race at kansas and the bitch went apeshit on him, and he was put in "indefinate suspension" from then until now, either he quit or he was told "either you quit now, or we fire you"

YES, the woman in question is an SJW femicunt

england because independant

Whoever wrote that needs to look up what succinct means in the dictionary.

Gonna need more on this.
