Do some research. Aim for 1500 calories a day and look up food and their nutritional value then just put shit together and doo the math. Don't kill yourself trying to do it every day. Just try to eat healthy at least 3-4 days a week until you can reprogram your body to not want shit food all the time. Give it two weeks and you'll notice a huge difference. Start walking or jogging, as well. Even if you have to do it at night if you're socially anxious. Same thing with that, few days out of the week until it's just part of your routine
