>When masturbation's lost its fun, you're fuckin' lazy
When I was 12 years old and listening to Green Day religiously, I never thought that line would become my life

youtube.com/watch?v=NUTGr5t3MoY

I remember liking this song back when I was younger. That's all.

never knew this song was about having Panic Attacks until much later.

KNOWING ALL ABOUT THE PLACE

If they only made this album and never made anything ever again they'd be legendary

Pulling Teeth and She are my fucking jam

>he doesn't like 21st century breakdown

absolute pleb

>album has 1(one/uno/un/ein) good song

>lying on the Internet
>every song is actually pretty good
>Peacemaker is the best

>he likes one of their worst albums

You're the pleb, 21st Century Breakdown is a fucking mess. It's even worse than American Idiot.

>implying AI or 21st is bad

KEK, nice try.

I heard their latest release wasn't too bad (for pop-punk ofc)

I remember being 13 and religiously and only listening to Green Day. I listened to every song, watched every Green Day interview, video and only posted Green Day threads on here.

It's got some great singles, that's for sure.

Bang Bang would've been a better 1st track though.

Were you a dumb emo 12 year old when 21st Century Breakdown came out? Only people who grew up on 21st Century Breakdown think it's good. Green Day were never good but their 90s material was tolerable. Once Billie deluded himself into thinking he's the Pete Townshend of Punk they became unbearably awful.

Even this album has a song about a school shooting

how do you grow up on something from 2009?

>Green Day
>emo

?

Burnout is a great song

basically having a blast is really the edgiest song on the album

it really is

wonder what Billy thinks of it now, considering Bang Bang has a Sandy Hook refrence.

pulling teeth is the best song on this album

2009 was 13 years ago user, he could have only been 5 when it was released

>16-9=13

OFFICIAL GREEN DAY RANKINGS:

Top:
Dookie
Kerplunk
Slappy Hours

Shit:
Everything else

Prove me wrong

Wrong song dude, you're thinking of having a blast

anybody who says

>shit: everything else

is just a lazy faggot who hasn't bothered to listen to anything else but thinks he can have an opinion on it.

I listened to Warning and American Idiot, and American Idiot was pretty good as a rock album but Warning was just trash. That just my opinion though.

Best: Dookie, American Idiot

Great: 21st Century Breakdown, Kurplunk, Revolution Radio, Nimrod

Good: Insomniac, 1039 Slappy

Ok: !Uno¡, !Dos¡

Shit: !Tre¡

This is acceptable.

I think Dookie is their best.

>the spooked by pop rock meme

Insomniac is their best famalam

I need to give it a few more listens.

Last Night On Earth is my fucking ish though like damn

Wait, Black Sabbath has the ghost of Mona Lisa on their album cover? Hour did nobody notice?

Dos is way worse than Tre
it has their heaviest and most energetic songs but it gets boring and numbing after a while

Dos is alright besides that abomination called Nightlife

Tre can be straight up boring at times

I do like 99 Revolutions and Sex Drugs and Violence tho

i legitimately think Dookie is a great album and was revolutionary in terms of pop punk

and i listened to it a shitload when i was 15

The only Green Day song I genuinely like is Welcome To Paradise.

And I prefer the Dookie version, so what's up?

kek

I think you just have good taste, user-kun.

what/s kek about this

>actually disliking dookie

max pleb

Letterbomb is best

I knew it even back then desu

agreed

Dookie is legit great.

>tfw always thought Social D was better

>Song of the Century
Deep, raw, emotional

>21st Century Breakdown
American Idiot boiled down in 4 EPIC minutes

>Know Your Enemy
Fun pop punk to anchor you in and it appeals to fans of their old punk stuff!

>Viva La Gloria
Emotional and progressive (the second part hits me so hard)

>Before the Lobotomy
Epic, Emotional, Deep, Beautiful, the anguish and pain is so good. Billie's voice kills it. One of the best songs on the album.

>Christian's Inferno
Another fun catchy punk song

>Last Night on Earth
Intimate and Deep and endlessly gorgeous track.

>Eat Jesus Nowhere
Another fun song that keeps the listener ready for Act II: Charlatans and Saints

>Pacemaker
Probably one of the best, if not THE best song on the album and definitely in Green Day's top 10 best songs.

>Last of the American Girls
The funnest and pop punkest song on the album continuing the winning streak from the previous song

>Murder City
Continues streak of three awesome songs in a row

>Little Girl
Second bes song on the album IMO

>Restless Heart SYndrome
ANother one of the best songs on the album I think it's really progressive showing how green day wil lgo in the future releasses

>Horseshoes and Handgrendaes
Great pop punk fun really raw and hard-hitting awesome to headbang to!

>The Static Age
Really catchy song f**kn brilliant!

>21 Guns
Probably the best song on the album maybe number one best song its so emotional and deep and its like a remake of Wake Me Up When September Ends but its better

>American Eulogy
Proablly one of the best songs on the album as well and Mike's verse is SO GOOD!!

>See the Light
AND I SCRATCHED THE SURFACEEE!! FELL INTOOOO THE SEEAAAAA

Best way to end any album and best closer by Green Day.

whoa, that dude is hacking the FBI

Having a Blast is actually the song about shooting up and killing everyone but Burnout is an awesome song.

I really do love Song of the Century

perfect album opener imo

Power Rankings
Kerplunk
Dookie
1039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours

I agree with these mad cunts though they know what's up. Billie has been a sellout for years but now it's just pathetic with the anti-Trump shit and the pussy ass pop songs they've been writing.

Demolicious is the only worthy thing of listening to Post-American Idiot.

nice user, I agree with most of this

lol you posted on here when you liked them? Then congratulations on being super young and liking them when they sucked

>Somewhere Now
5/10 nice effort boys but this shit has been done to death on your previous albums

>Bang Bang
6/10 I hated it the first time I heard it but compared to the rest of the album it's the best song

>Revolution Radio
no

>Say Goodbye
forgettable/10

>Outlaws
even more forgettable/10

>Bouncing Off the Wall
forgettable/10

>Still Breathing
0/10 worst song on the album the most cliched piece of shit I've ever heard

>Youngblood
1/10 this would've sounded better in 2004 when people still liked this band atleast back then the band would've done something interesting with this track (lmao I'm telling porky pies, this sucks no matter what)

>Too Dumb to Die
Literally what? What did this sound like again?

>Troubled Times
Uhh what? Play this one again I forgot what it sounded like

>Forever Now
a poor man's Dirty Rotten Bastards which was a poor man's Jesus of Suburbia

>Ordinary World
COmpared to the rest of the album it's somewhat ok, catchy, but it's the most cliched generic acoustic ballad.

>Final Rating
It's like they tried to make the most predictable and boring album of the year and succeeded. I was glad when this was over and that's coming from a kid who bought Uno Dos Tre when they came out.

I thought the title track was a lot of fun desu.

it's shite mate

Warning has their best song though

>best song
>implying "No One Knows" isn't their best song
