How old are you? You need to start hormones pretty young, like under 25 preferably. I started at 22 and it's been a year since then, still getting a lot of effects, but it takes years and you need to have patience. This won't be overnight. Transition is really hard work.

What I did was get like sickly skinny before hrt, so after i started I could put some weight back on and it would go to the right places. Do a lot of cardio and squats. Only eat chicken, fish and veggies. No red meat. Moisturize continuously. Also it helps to have a lot of money, that's the part I'm still working on. I've decided to go the route of finding a sugar daddy, but it's not easy. Most guys are flakes and it's hard to find someone who can understand what the end product will be after surgeries, not what you are now.

Basically said, there is no easy way to do this.
