That means some weeks the car will be red. Some weeks, the car will have Clorox or Cottonelle on the side, and Target will invite a shitload of Clorox or Cottonelle execs to the race to schmooze and booze them.
Target pays the bills, Target gets whatever it wants on the cars. Thats why Ganassi can run a million cars in a dozen different series.
