Why do normies think in order to have fun they have to get drunk/high/have sex?
I'm not saying these things are good in portions but why so much? Why is it complicated to find something like games or hanging out and shit. I don't get this and never really have.
The norm right now is playing lots of video games like a shut-in. Social interaction that leads to intercourse or parties are what non-normies do. So I pose the same question back to you, reversed.

Imply that you have some moral high ground on this topic and then you go on to suggest (by using the word just) that your ideas are better. If you don't have many IRL friends, consider losing weight and not being a prude.
These things are alright, but to me? I find no point in it, getting high? Sure. Not all the time. Getting drunk? Not all the time. I'm saying when the only way to find fun is to get wasted or high as if these things do not exist.
Oh not at all user. I personally don't care for them, I don't find myself to be on a moral high ground at all. Never. I am no better or worse than the next but I ask myself why these things occure with out thought "DUDE LETS GET WASTED!"

I have a friend who claims he's a "nerd" when the only things nerdy he knows about is Pokemon and DC comics at best. When I say nerdy, I mean those and computers, games, comics, board games and so on

I played magic for a short time and I got sick of losing all the time cause I don't have constant cash to play the god damn game. At least with yugioh you can build a deck and win with out trying at this point. To a degree tho

clearly you have been brought up in a different environment to that of the "let's get wasted" club as you call it. I believe a largwe portion of what you think is normal has a lot to do with your early teen years and not so much with your mindset. As you get past your late teens and early twenties and stop giving a fuck what other people think your true tastes and character develops. I've seen people go from pokemon collectors to full on drink and drug addicts. I've also seen young addicts turn thier lives around and have very successful careers. Point is, if you don't have the same mindset as someone else, it doesnt fucking matter one bit.

Maybe not but still I'd like to understand with things like Drugs and aclohol why someone would waste their life away doing these and want to die early. I hardly drink as it is. Maybe like once a month at best. I've not even drank anything prolly close to 6 months.
